Our Mission
King David sits on 42 acres of rolling hills and lush greenery, and if that is not enough, the campus is located across from the beautiful Acacia Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks featuring winding trails, ponds, fishing, wildlife, and lush trees and plants for shade and beauty. King David Campus residents have many activities and outdoor gardens and gazebos to choose from. There are multiple paths to follow for a peaceful afternoon picnic or participating in a campus walking club. It’s easy to unwind and feel serenity while on campus. Little ones enjoy playgrounds, play stations, and a nature center featuring Shalom the Macau saying, ‘Hello!’ along with other creatures of land, air and water. Outdoors there’s even a life-sized Giraffe, beautiful art sculptures, and beautiful seating areas to meditate or spend time with a friend. Inside, there’s a beautiful music filled Italian Piazza, where sunlight filters in giving life to ample plants and lush greenery, and walls decorated with beautiful art. Enjoy a glass of wine and snacks at the wine bar, with live entertainment daily.
Our Staff
Our residents enjoy the serenity of nature and wildlife from a gentle distance, sipping tea or coffee on the beautiful full length deck or in the cozy gazebo, or from your own apartment patio. With the ambiance of a ski lodge or a mountain getaway, residents have the best of city living hidden away in beautiful lush surroundings. Residents enjoy spending time in the garden, relaxing to the whisper of falling water from the fountain in Serenity Garden, and a nice, healthy walk down the hill to other campus amenities.
Our Services
The Myers playground and courtyard allows family and friends to spend precious time with each other, enjoying the sounds of nature, playing games in the grass, or warming up to a fireside chat, while little ones say “look at me, look at me” on brightly colored playground equipment. Rainy days don’t dampen the spirits of the green thumbs who enjoy working in the warm greenhouse filled with lush plants and statues, wind chimes and beautiful blooming plants.
