Dinner Theaters
Dinner Theaters are planned twice each year. At the launch of Dinner Theaters, diners were “killed with laughter” with a murder mystery theme that included audience participation mixed with live entertainment.
Theme Dinners
Theme dinners bring fun and creativity to the dinner table. Recently our 50s theme had guests answering the question, “Where is Elvis?” He’s right here on our campus, or at least a darned good impersonator. Dietary staff get in on the act by dressing in themed costume and as favorite personalities with a menu that complements the theme.
Signature Dishes
Signature dishes are one-of-a-kind experiences and labors of love created by our talented chefs.
Fresh ingredients with imagination, tradition and passion combine for culinary masterpieces. Every weekday, we feature one item from the Signature Menu in addition to our full offering of favorites.
We invite residents to our exclusive kosher Steakhouse in Cleveland. During this monthly dining experience, order a Ribeye steak grilled to tender perfection; individually prepared medium-rare, medium or well. And on another day each month, we bring our second choice to the table; Herb Crusted Aged Prime Rib.
Socialize with friends across the campus and enhance your campus restaurant experience with variety each Tuesday and Thursday.

Campus Throw Downs
Our Campus Throw Downs, held throughout the year are designed like the Food Network program with Bobby Flay. Our talented chefs from each residence are given a type of dish they need to prepare. They create their version of thedish,and then evaluated by local judges to determine a winner.
The Annual Chicken Soup Competition invites amateur chefs to prepare their version of this comfort food favorite. Just like our Campus Throw Downs, creations from each residence are judged and also taste tested by audience members to choose a winner.
Sushi Experience
The Sushi Experience brings Shuhei's Chef Hiroshi and his culinary team to each residence monthly. Experience an exciting taste with sushi hand-rolled on site within a culturally rich Asian environment.
